Device concept
The interface has analogue and digital inputs and outputs and can be operated in
standard mode as well as Open Collector mode (OC mode). A jumper is used for
switching between modes.
A cable harness is supplied with the interface for connecting it to the power
source. A SpeedNet connection cable is available as an extension for the cable
harness.
A prefabricated cable harness is available for connecting the interface to the ro-
bot controller.
The prefabricated cable harness is ready to connect and is equipped with Molex
plugs at the interface end. At the robot end, the cable harness must be modified
to match the termination system used on the robot controller.
