2.7 Meaning of the name
The main characteristics of the lifting station can be identified via the 'TYPE' and 'VERSION' fields on the nameplate.

3. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
3.1 Preliminary checks
• Check that the packaging is notupsidedown and has not been damaged.
• Remove packaging materials and dispose of them in accordance with current regulations.
• Take care not to injure yourself with sharp tools and not to damage the lifting station, in particular the electrical cables.
• Make sure there are no damaged or missing parts. If there are any missing items, please contact Zenit (or its distributor) or the shipping
company.
• Check that the data on the nameplate corresponds to that of the product ordered.
3.2 Handling and lifting
• Cordon off the work area so that it is not accessible to unauthorised persons.
• Before handling, refer to the nameplate to check the weight and use suitable and certified
straps, hooks and lifting gear.
• Fasten the straps to the pallet to prevent it from falling, rolling or swinging.
• Do not stand under or near the suspended load.
• Place the lifting station on a flat, even surface so that it cannot sink or tip over.
• Do not drag the lifting station over the ground.
• Do not place the tank in contact with sharp or pointed objects.
Risk of crushing, death or serious injury.

Before lifting the package, observe local regulations regarding weight limits for objects which are handled manually, i.e.
without the use of lifting systems.

NEVER use electrical cables to move the lifting station.

If transport and handling take place at low temperatures, the impact resistance of the lifting station may be reduced.
3.3 Storage
During storage, the lifting station must be stored in a suitable place, out of the reach of children or persons not responsible, adequately secured
against accidental falls and protected against moisture, vibration and dust.
Ensure that the ambient temperature is between -20°C (-4°F) and +50°C (122°F).
