FIXING BURNER TO BOILER

for COMIST 122 - 250 - 300 DSPGM models
1 - Boiler plate
2 - Flange made of insulating material
3 - Insulating cord
4 - Burner fixing flanges
5 - Stud-bolts, washers, and nuts for anchorage to boiler
6 - Sleeve to flange retaining nuts, screws, and washers
HEAD UNIT ASSEMBLY
Remove the combustion head end part to insert the insulating
flange 2 between the burner and the boiler plate 1.
a) Loosen the screws 6 to adjust the position of the connection
flange 4, so that the combustion head penetrates the
furnace as recommended by the generator manufacturer.
b) Position the insulating seal 3 on the sleeve.
c) Fix the head unit to the boiler 1 using the supplied stud-
bolts, washers and nuts 5.
d) Use suitable material to completely seal the space between
the burner sleeve and the hole on the refractory material
inside the boiler door.
