2- Bring the swivel arm (1, Fig. E) to the centre of the turntable:
the arm will lock in its "work" position. Press the release lever (5,
Fig. E) and the arm will be released and can be return to its
home position.
CORRECT POSITIONING

CHECKS
Lock a rim of medium width (thickness) with central hole on
the table top.
Insert the rim-pressing cone (2, Fig. E) on the arm (1, Fig. E),
pushing it upwards so that it clicks into place.
Move the arm of TC/MDB to the "work" position.
Using the relative control, lower the arm to check that the cone
is perfectly centered in relation to the rim hole.
Proceed in the following way if this is not the case:
1) Remove the protective casing (1, Fig. F).
2) Loosen the 2 adjuster screws (1, Fig. F/1) using a N ° 17 box
wrench.
3) Move the arm in manual mode until the rim-pressing cone is
in axis with the central hole of the wheel.
4) Fully tighten the 2 bolts (1, Fig. F/1) and fit the casing back
on (1, Fig. F).
5) If the cone is not perfectly centered on both axes, remove
the left side panel of the tyre changer and loosen the two M
10x30 bolts that fix the device to the casing.
Move the device forwards or backwards until perfectly
centering is achieved.
6) Fully tighten the 2 fixing bolts .
Replace the left side panel.
7) Remove the rim-pressing cone from the arm and the rim from
the table top.

2- Amenez le bras articulé (1, Fig. E) au centre du plateau auto-
centrant : le bras se bloquera en position de "travail" ; appuyez
sur la manette de désengagement (5, Fig. E) le bras se déblo-
quera et il sera possible de le remettre en position de "repos".

POSITIONNEMENT
Bloquez une jante de largeur moyenne sur le plateau auto-
centrant (épaisseur) doté d'un trou central.
Insérez le cône pousse-jante (2, Fig. E) sur le bras (1, Fig. E) en le
poussant vers le haut pour l'enclencher par déclic.
Placez le bras du TC/MDB dans la position de «travail».
En utilisant la commande prévue à cet effet, abaissez le bras
de manière à contrôler que le cône soit parfaitement centré
par rapport au trou de la jante.
Dans le cas contraire procédez de la manière suivante :
1) Enlevez le carter de protection (1, Fig. F).
2) A l'aide du clé plate CH 17 desserrez les 2 vis de réglage (1,
Fig. F/1).
3) Bougez manuellement le bras jusqu'à mettre le cône pousse-
jante dans l'axe du trou central de la roue.
4) Serrez à fond les 2 vis (1, Fig. F/1) et montez le carter (1, Fig.
F).
5) Si le cône n'est pas parfaitement centré sur les deux axes,
déposez le flanc gauche du démonte pneus et desserrez les 2
vis M 10x30 de fixation du dispositif à la carcasse.
Déplacez manuellement le dispositif en avant ou en arrière jus-
qu'à obtenir un centrage parfait.
6) Serrez à fond les 2 vis de fixation.
Remontez le flanc gauche.
7) Enlevez le cône pousse-jante du bras et la jante du plateau
auto-centrant.
brazo articulado (1, Fig. E) se debe alzar; accionar la palanca
hacia abajo: el brazo articulado debe descender.
2- Llevar el brazo articulado (1, Fig. E) al centro del plato auto-
centrante: el brazo se bloqueará en posición de "trabajo"; pul-
sar la palanca de desenganche (5, Fig. E) el brazo se desblo-
queará y será posible volver a llevarlo a la posición de "reposo".
CONTROL CORRECTO

POSICIONAMIENTO
Bloquear en el autocentrante una llanta de anchura (espe-
sor) mediana provisto de orificio central.
Introducir el cono de compresión llanta (2, Fig. E) en el brazo
(1, Fig. E) empujando hacia arriba para introducirlo a presión.
Llevar el brazo del TC/MDB en posición de "trabajo".
Utilizando el respectivo mando, bajar el brazo en modo tal de
controlar que el cono esté perfectamente centrado respecto
al agujero de la llanta.
De lo contrario operar del siguiente modo:
1) Quitar el cárter de protección (1, Fig. F).
2) Utilizando una llave fija CH17 aflojar los 2 tornillos de regula-
ción (1, Fig. F/1).
3) Mover manualmente el brazo hasta llevar el cono compri-
me-talón alineado con el agujero central de la rueda.
4) Ajustar a fondo los 2 tornillos (1, Fig. F/1) y volver a montar el
cárter (1, Fig. F).
5) Si el cono no resulta perfectamente centrado con ambos
ejes, quitar el lateral izquierdo de la desmontadora y aflojar los
2 tornillos M 10x30 que fijan el dispositivo a la carcasa.
Desplazar manualmente hacia adelante o hacia atrás el dis-
positivo hasta lograr un centrado perfecto.
6) Ajustar a fondo los 2 tornillos de fijación.
Volver a montar el lateral izquierdo.
7) Quitar el cono comprime-talón del brazo y la llanta del au-
tocentrante.
