If the wheel has an internal sensor, take the greatest care when
working with the bead loosener disk or the sensor could be
damaged.
3) Insert the bead lifting lever on the toolhead until it has picked
up the inner bead (see Fig. AG).
Raise the lever until the inner bead rises on to the toolhead.

If the wheel has an internal sensor, take the greatest care when
you insert the lever as the sensor could be damaged.
4) Turn the table top clockwise until the tyre has been com-
pletely removed.
OPERATIONS AND INSPECTIONS
10.7
PRIOR TO MOUNTING
1) Check the tyre and rim as indicated in the tyre-changer's
instruction manual.
2) If the wheel has an internal sensor, make sure that it is not
defective and/or damaged.
If damage is discovered, replace the sensor with a genuine
spare (refer to the vehicle's maintenance manual).
10.8
MOUNTING THE INNER BEAD
1) Clamp the rim on to the table top from the outside only.
2) Move the tool arm to the work position and clamp the
toolhead on to the rim.
WARNING!
The tyre changer's tool arm must only be posi-
tioned and moved away from the rim edge after
the arms of PT 100 has been moved away, to
the "non-working" position.
ATTENTION !
Si la roue est munie d'un capteur interne faire très attention, en
travaillant avec le disque détalonneur, à ne pas endommager
le capteur.
3) Insérez le levier lève-talon sur la tourelle jusqu'à accrocher
le talon intérieur (voir Fig. AG).
Soulevez le levier de manière à faire monter le talon intérieur
sur la tourelle.
ATTENTION !
Si la roue est dotée d'un capteur interne faire très attention, en
introduisant le levier, à ne pas endommager le capteur.
4) Tournez le plateau auto-centrant dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre jusqu'à la sortie complète du pneumatique.
OPÉRATIONS ET CONTRÔLES
10.7
AVANT LE MONTAGE
1) Effectuez les contrôles sur le pneumatique et la jante en sui-
vant les indications sur le manuel d'instructions du démonte-pneu.
2) Si la roue est munie d'un capteur interne contrôlez qu'il n'est
pas défectueux ou endommagé.
Dans ce cas le remplacer par un capteur d'origine (consultez le
livret d'entretien du véhicule).
10.8 MONTAGE DU TALON INTÉRIEUR
1) Bloquez la jante sur le plateau auto-centrant exclusivement
depuis l'extérieur.
2) Placez le bras dans la position de travail et bloquez la tou-
relle sur la jante.
ATTENTION !
Les opérations de positionnement et d'éloignement
du bras opérationnel du démonte-pneus du re-
bord de la jante, doivent être réalisées seule-
ment après avoir placé les bras du PT 100 à
l'extérieur, dans la position de "repos".
ATENCION!
Si la rueda posee sensor interno prestar mucha atención, ope-
rando con el disco de destalonado, para no dañar el sensor
mismo.
3) Introducir la palanca alza-talón en la torre hasta enganchar el
talón interno (ver Fig. AG). Elevar la palanca en modo tal de hacer
subir el talón interno en la torre.
ATENCION!
Si la rueda posee sensor interno prestar mucha atención al
introducir la palanca para no dañar el sensor mismo.
4) Girar el autocentrante en sentido horario hasta la salida
completa del neumático.
OPERACIONES Y CONTROLES
10.7
PREVIOS AL MONTAJE
1) Efectuar los controles en el neumático y en la llanta siguien-
do las indicaciones expuestas en el manual de instrucciones
de la desmontadora.
2) Si la rueda posee sensor interno controlar que no resulte
defectuoso y/o dañado. Si es así sustituirlo con otro sensor ori-
ginal (consultar el manual de mantenimiento del vehículo).
10.8 MONTAJE TALON INTERNO
1) Bloquear la llanta en el autocentrante exclusivamente des-
de el externo.
2) Llevar el brazo operante en posición de trabajo y bloquear
la torre en la llanta.
ATENCION!
Las operaciones de posicionamiento y aleja-
miento del brazo operante de la desmontadora
del borde de la llanta deben efectuarse sólo
después de haber llevado los brazos del PT
100 al externo, en posición de "reposo".
