WARNING!
When the bead pressure roller is pressed
against the tyre the hands could be crushed
between the actual device and the rim.
Work with the greatest care and keep
your hands as far from the rim as possi-
ble.
5) Turn the table top anti-clockwise:
the TC/MDB roller will turn along with the tyre, allowing the outer
bead to slip into the rim, while the BPT roller will remain at a
standstill in its position, preventing the bead from slipping out
again (see Fig. AN).
NOTE: On tyre changers with swing arms, the pin (8, Fig. E) must
be raised to allow the arm of TC/MDB to turn fully.
10.11 MATCHING
Once you have terminated the mounting operations, make
sure that the coloured mark on the tyre is on a level with the
sensor. If this is not the case (see Fig. AO), proceed in the fol-
lowing way:
1) Move the arm of TC/MDB with BPT mounted, to the work
position.
2) Move the bead pressure roller of TC/MDB to end of travel
against its stop point (see Fig. AO).
Push the knob (7, Fig. E) inwards to stop the roller from turning.
3) Position the BPT arm as shown in Fig. AO.
4) Using the control lever (3, fig. E), lower the rollers until the
bead has detached from the rim.

matique on crée une condition de danger po-
tentiel d'écrasement de mains entre le dis-
positif et la jante.
Soyez très prudent en tenant les mains le
plus loin possible de la jante.
5) Tournez le plateau auto-centrant dans le sens des aiguilles
d'une montre :
Le rouleau du TC/MDB tournera solidaire du pneumatique en
faisant entrer le talon extérieur dans la jante, tandis que le rou-
leau du BPT restera arrêté dans sa position, en empêchant le
talon de sortir à nouveau (voir Fig. AN).
N.B. : Sur les démonte-pneus avec bras à potence il faut soule-
ver l'axe (8, Fig. E) pour permettre la rotation complète du bras
du TC/MDB.
10.11 ACCOUPLEMENT (MATCHING)
A la fin du montage vérifiez que le cachet coloré, s'il est pré-
sent sur le pneumatique, se trouve au niveau du capteur.
Dans le cas contraire (voir Fig. AO) opérez de la manière sui-
vante:
1) Ramenez le bras du TC/MDB avec le BPT monté dans la po-
sition de travail.
2) Placez le rouleau pousse-talon du TC/MDB contre sa butée
(voir Fig. AO).
Poussez le pommeau vers l'intérieur (7, Fig. E) pour bloquer la
rotation du rouleau.
3) Placez le bras BPT comme indiqué dans la Fig. AO.
4) En agissant sur la manette de commande (3, Fig. E) abaissez
les rouleaux jusqu'à obtenir le décollement du talon de la jante.
ATTENTION !
En actionnant le pousse-talon contre le pneu-
matique on crée une condition de danger po-
tentiel d'écrasement de mains entre le dis-
positif et la jante.
Soyez très prudent en tenant les mains le
plus loin possible de la jante.

Accionando el dispositivo comprime-talón
contra el neumático se crea un potencial
punto de aplastamiento de las manos entre
el dispositivo mismo y la llanta. Operar por
lo tanto con la máxima atención, mante-
niendo las manos lo más lejos posible
de la llanta.
5) Girar el autocentrante en sentido horario:
El rodillo del TC/MDB girará junto con el neumático haciendo
entrar el talón externo en la llanta, mientras que el rodillo del
BPT quedará detenido en su posición no permitiendo al talón
de volverse a salir (ver Fig. AN).
NOTA: En las desmontadoras con brazo de bandera es nece-
sario elevar el perno (8, Fig. E) para permitir la completa rota-
ción del brazo del TC/MDB.
ACOPLAMIENTO (MATCHING)

Al finalizar el montaje controlar que el adhesivo de color, si
está presente en el neumático, se halle donde está el sensor.
Si no es así (ver Fig. AO) operar del siguiente modo:
1) Volver a poner el brazo del TC/MDB con el BPT montado en
posición de trabajo.
2) Llevar el rodillo comprime-talón del TC/MDB al tope contra
su bloqueo (ver Fig. AO).
Empujar hacia el interno el pomo (7, Fig. E) para bloquear la
rotación del rodillo.
3) Posicionar el brazo BPT como se ve en la Fig. AO.
4) Operando con la palanca de mando (3, Fig. E) bajar los
rodillos hasta lograr la separación del talón de la llanta.
ATENCION!
