WARNING!
When the bead pressure roller is pressed against
the tyre the hands could be crushed between
the actual device and the rim.
Work with the greatest care and keep your
hands as far from the rim as possible.
5) Lock the toolhead in place and insert the bead lifting lever.
6) Work the lever (3, Fig. E) and lift the arm (1, Fig. AC), then
turn it and move the bead pressure unit (4, Fig. AC) diametri-
cally opposite the toolhead.
7) Operate the lever (3, Fig. E) to lower the arm and exercise
pressure on the tyre until the bead is on a level with the drop
centre of the rim (see Fig. AC).
This prevents the bead from being excessively taut and allows
it to rise more easily on the toolhead (see Fig. AD).
8) Lift the arm of TC/MDB and swing it outwards to free the
work surface, then turn the table top to allow the outer bead
to slip out.
INNER FLANK BEAD LOOSENING

If the inner flank bead has re-seated, proceed as described for
INNER BEAD LOOSENING in section 9.2 of this manual.
WARNING!
If the wheel has an internal sensor, take the greatest care when
working with the bead loosener disk or the sensor could be
damaged.
10.6
DEMOUNTING THE INNER FLANK
1) If the wheel has a sensor, position it on a level with the
toolhead (see Fig. AE).
2) Position the bead loosener disk under the inner bead then,
using the control (3, Fig. E), lift the bead until it is in the middle
of the drop centre (see Fig. AF).

tentiel d'écrasement de mains entre le dis-
positif et la jante.
Soyez très prudent en tenant les mains le
plus loin possible de la jante.
5) Bloquez la tourelle et insérez le levier lève-talon.
6) Actionnez la manette (3, Fig. E) pour soulever le bras (1, Fig.
AC) et le tourner en mettant le pousse-talon (4, Fig. AC) dans
la position diamétralement opposée à la tourelle.
7) Actionnez la manette (3, Fig. E) pour abaisser le bras et exer-
cez une pression sur le pneumatique jusqu'à placer le talon à
la hauteur du creux de la jante (voir Fig. AC).
Ceci permet au talon de ne pas être trop tendu et de monter
plus facilement sur la tourelle (voir Fig. AD).
8) Soulevez et tournez vers l'extérieur le bras du TC/MDB pour
libérer le plan de travail, puis tournez le plateau auto-centrant
pour faire sortir le talon extérieur.
DÉTALONNAGE FLANC INTÉRIEUR

Si le flanc intérieur est de nouveau rentré dans le creux de la
jante, procédez comme indiqué pour le DÉTALONNAGE DU
TALON INTÉRIEUR dans le paragraphe 9.2 du présent manuel.
ATTENTION !
Si la roue est dotée d'un capteur interne faire très attention, en
travaillant avec le disque détalonneur, à ne pas endommager
le capteur.
DÉMONTAGE DU FLANC INTÉRIEUR

1) Si la roue est munie de capteur placez-le au niveau de la
tourelle (voir Fig. AE).
2) Placez le disque détalonneur sous le talon intérieur puis, en
agissant sur la commande (3, Fig. E) soulevez le talon jusqu'à
le placer au centre du creux (voir Fig. AF).
ATENCION!
Accionando el dispositivo comprime-talón con-
tra el neumático se crea un potencial punto de
aplastamiento de las manos entre el disposi-
tivo mismo y la llanta.
Operar por lo tanto con la máxima aten-
ción, manteniendo las manos lo más le-
jos posible de la llanta.
5) Bloquear la torre e introducir la palanca alza-talón.
6) Operando con la palanca (3, Fig. E) elevar el brazo (1, Fig.
AC) y girarlo llevando el comprime-talón (4, Fig. AC) en posi-
ción diametralmente opuesta a la torre.
7) Accionar la palanca (3, Fig. E) para bajar el brazo y hacer
presión sobre el neumático hasta llevar el talón donde está el
canal de la llanta (ver Fig. AC).
Esto permite que el talón no presente excesiva tensión y subir
más fácilmente en la torre (ver Fig. AD).
8) Elevar y girar al externo el brazo del TC/MDB para liberar el
plano de trabajo, después girar el autocentrante para hacer
salir el talón externo.

DESTALONADO LADO INTERNO
Si el lado interno se ha vuelto a reintroducir, operar como se
indica para el DESTALONADO TALON INTERNO en el párrafo 9.2
del presente manual.
ATENCION!
Si la rueda posee sensor interno prestar mucha atención, ope-
rando con el disco de destalonado, para no dañar el sensor
mismo.
DESMONTAJE LADO INTERNO
10.6
1) Si la rueda posee sensor posicionarlo donde está la torre (ver
Fig. AE).
2) Poner el disco de destalonado bajo el talón interno, después
operando con el mando (3, Fig. E) elevar el talón hasta llevarlo
en el centro del canal (ver Fig. AF).
