10.7 P06 - BACKUP

The "P06 - Backup" function is used to copy the stored information
from the "Internal Memory" of the Guarita IP to a USB Flash Drive.
After finishing the copy, the Flash Drive will have all the Guarita IP
programming stored, including the setting, events report and
registered devices. This data will be identified by date, hour and
condominium name (label of the line 1) described in the Guarita IP
screen which the backup was extracted.
To perform the backup, with the Flash Drive connected to the
Guarita IP, in the LEVEL 1 programming menu, select the "P06 –
Backup" option, image 10.7.a, and then press ENTER to confirm
the backup, image 10.7.b. Wait until the backups of the Devices,
Events, Programming and Fingerprints be performed.
After the backup is finished, image 10.7.c, press ENTER again,
and the information will be saved.
If there is not space enough to storage the backup, a fail message will
be displayed, image 10.7.d. Press ESC or ENTER to cancel the
operation, remove the Flash Drive, clear space in the device or replace it
with another with available space and repeat the backup procedure.
A complete backup of events and registered devices will be made
automatically every 8192 events (when there is an "internal" SD Card
installed in the Guarita IP), or a backup will be made only of the
devices, also automatically, always that the data of a register be
changed, and the receivers be syncronized, 10.2.7.
NOTE: Use a USB Flash Drive in the FAT16 or FAT32 format.

10.8 P07 - HABILITA VOZ (ENABLE VOICE)

Through the "P07 - Habilita Voz (Enable Voice)" function, it is
possible to enable audio notifications to some information
regarding residents / users in the device activation (Controle -
Control, Tag, Cartão - Card, Senha - Password ou Biometria -
Fingerprint). The labels (unidade - unit, bloco - tower, marca de
veículo – vehicle brand, cor – color and placa - plate) can be
mentioned in all the access once programmed in the device
registration.
To enable the voice notification, in the LEVEL 1 programming
menu, select the "P07 - Habilita Voz (Enable Voice)" option,
image 10.8.a, then press ENTER to access the setting menu and
select the notification to be changed, image 10.8.b / image
10.8.c. Press ENTER to access the selected option, change the
letter "N" (não - no) to "S" (sim - yes) and then press ENTER
again to save the setting. All the options which are defined as "S"
(sim – yes) will be "spoken".

notification by voice to "Apto e Bloco – Apartment and Tower".
NOTE: Custom labels will not be enabled to voice notification, only
the predefined labels.
