10.5 P04 - DATA E HORA (DATE AND HOUR)

The equipment internal clock must be adjusted correctly since all
event logs will have the linked time to facilitate the identification,
being viewed correctly by the PC through a dedicated Software
(consult the website: www.linear-hcs.com.br).
To adjust the equipment date and hour, in the LEVEL 1 programming
menu, select the "P04 – Data e Hora (Date and Hour)" option, image
10.5.a. Press ENTER to access the setting menu and adjust the
desired values, image 10.5.b.
The "Auto Hora Verão (DST)" option adjust automatically the start
and the end time of daylight saving time of each year (Brazilian
DST only). Select SIM (Yes) to automatic adjust or NÃO (No) to
manual adjustment. Confirm the setting pressing ENTER to save
the configured values.
Note: If the clock is instable, contact the technical support.

10.6 P05 - DESP. PORT. (WAKE UP DOORMAN)

To adjust the operation time and the intervals of the Desp. Port.
(Wake up Doorman) function, in the LEVEL 1 programming menu,
select the "P05 – Desp. Port. - (Wake up Doorman)" option, image
10.6.a. Press ENTER to access the setting menu and adjust the
desired values, image 10.6.b.
The "Tempo (Time)" option (15, 30 or 45 min) defines the interval
between the alerts after the set period beginning in the options
"Inicio (Start)" and "Final (End)", image 10.6.b.
After the changes, confirm with the ENTER key to save the
configured values.
In the example, image 10.6.b, the "Desperta Porteiro (Wake up
Doorman)" will work daily from 23:00 to 08:00, with alarm every 15
minutes. Also possible to adjust the beginning and end of activation time
to non-stop working, programming the same time to "Início (Beginning)"
and "Final (End)", image 10.6.c.
To disable this function, keep the time as "OFF", image 10.6.d.
In operation, messages are displayed, image 10.6.e, and beeps
are emitted notifying the doorman in the final 5 minutes, then the
doorman must press the "RESET" key, and the countdown time will
be reseted until happen the next alarm. If the "RESET" key is not
pressed, a continuous beep will be emitted (except in Silence
mode, read 11.5) and a "Desperta Porteiro (Wake up Doorman)"
event will be registered, image 10.6.h / image 10.6.j.
If desired that the doorman, instead press the "RESET" key, reset
the function only by his fingerprint, it's necessary that the doorman
register a fingerprint, as described previously in the item 10.1 P01
– Grava (Enroll) / Biometria (Fingerprint) in the LEVEL 1 menu.
Identify the fingerprint as "Portaria (Building entrance)". For this, access the
"A05 – Desp. Port. (Wake up doorman)" advanced menu and enable the
option "Disp. Portaria ("SIM (Yes)"), image 10.6.f.
