mode. The activations performed by the keys, or through Botoeira 7 Teclas Module, are
registered and stored in the Guarita IP internal memory.
NOTA: The "Botoeira 7 Teclas" Module must be connected by a flat cable, or through RS485
(depending on the "Botoeira 7 Teclas" Module model), to the events be registered and to
activate through CAN network (without direct physical connection with the gate command).
If it does not work, consult the timed key function, 11.12. If the time is enabled,
the keys will work only after the corresponding device activation (controle -
control, cartão - card, tag...) to the programming key.
11.4 A04 - FUNC. PÂNICO (PANIC FUNCTION)
The "A04 - Func. Panico (Panic Function)" option defines, if
desired, immediate activation of the panic through the remote-
control buttons B1, B2, B3 or B4 (B1, B2, B3 or B4 = panic enabled
/ "N" = panic disabled), image 11.4.b. The panic also is activated
in normal operation, pressing any remote control's button
registered for more than 3 seconds, and this function, called
"Pânico Temporizado – Timed Panic", can be disabled through the
same menu in the TP option (TP= Timed Panic enabled / "N" =
Timed Panic disabled), image 11.4.b.
It is also possible to adjust the activation delay time of the panic
relay through the "Tempo relé – Relay time" option, image 11.4.b,
used for integration with remote or local alarm centers (through
dialers), sirens or lamps (use external relay of the "Botoeira 7
Teclas" module). The time to activate the relay signal may vary
from 1 to 30 seconds after pressing the control panic button,
necessary time to the doorman recognize a wrong command
(involuntary) coming from the resident. In this case, press the
"RESET" button (or remotely available command). The panic also
can be defined as "Silencioso - Silent" (select SIM - YES / NÃO -
NO), suppressing the audible alert if set as SIM, image 11.4.b.
The option "Reset rele – Reset relay", image 11.4.b, can help, for example, in cases where
the Guarita IP is not monitored by an operator, resetting automatically after the defined time
out to this parameter (from 1 to 255s). Occurring the automatic reset, the display of the panic
message will be canceled and the panic relay ("Botoeira 7 Teclas" module) will return back to
the wait status. To change the panic button setting, access the "A04 – Func. Panico (Panic
Function)" option, image 11.4.a, set the desired parameters and press ENTER again to save
the programming.
