14.3.1 MAIN COMMUNICATION
Basic way of communication, with TCP port working only as "Modo Server – Server Mode".
In this mode, the Guarita IP wait for connection of a TCP client (socket) to perform the data
traffic.
NOTE: This mode is used by the Linear-HCS software.
- Porta TCP: Communication TCP port (standard: 9000);
- Código de acesso: Access code (word with up to 15 characters) to allow the creation of
the TCP communication (socket);
14.3.2 SECONDARY COMMUNICATION
Advanced way of communication, with TCP port working as "Modo Server - Server Mode"
or "Modo Client - Client Mode".
Modo Client
In the "Client Mode", the Guarita IP search for a server in the addresses and ports previously
configured.
NOTE: This mode normally is used by monitoring centers and if applicable, consult the
provider company of the service to get the correct setting.
Palavra pós-conexão: The sent information (up to 15 characters) to the server as soon as
the TCP connection is established;
Host remoto/ IP 1: Primary address of the listening server;
Porta 1: Primary TCP port of the listening server;
Host remoto/ IP 2: Alternative address (backup) of the listening server;
Porta 2: Alternative TCP port (backup) of the listening server;
Cabeçalho (hexadecimal): Header (up to 8 bytes) to the sent packages, with more two
bytes indicating the useful size of the package (<quantH> and <quantL>);
Rodapé (hexadecimal): Footer (up to 8 bytes) to the sent packages;
Keep alive (K1, A): Enable the periodic sending of a bytes package to ensure the TCP
connection with the server.
Modo Server
In the "Server Mode", the Guarita IP wait the connection of a TCP client (socket) to perform
the data traffic.
NOTE: This mode is used by the "Guarita IP Linear-HCS Vr. 1.0" software or higher version.
Porta TCP: Communication TCP port (standard: 9001);
Código de acesso: Word (up to 15 characters) to allow the TCP communication creation
(socket);
Porta UDP: UDP port to data receive and send, in broadcast (standard: 9003);
Habilitar UDP (envio em broadcast): Enable the UDP port above (standard: disabled).
