10.9 P08 - AVANÇADO (ADVANCED)
The "P08 – Avancado (Advanced)" option is used to access the LEVEL 2 programming menu.
To access the LEVEL 2 programming menu, in the LEVEL 1 programming menu, select the
"P08 – Avancado (Advanced)" option, image 10.9.a, then press ENTER to access the access
password input screen, image 10.9.b. Insert the standard password "2413" through the USB
keyboard, or Guarita IP panel, and press ENTER to save. If the password inserted is correct
the LEVEL 2 "Avançado – Advanced" menu will be displayed, image 10.9.c.
11. LEVEL 2 SETTING (P08 - AVANÇADO (ADVANCED))
This programming level must be used with the utmost caution by a qualified
person, because it can change important parameters to the system operation.
11.1 A01 - ATUALIZA RECEPTORES (RECEIVERS UPDATE)
In a single Guarita IP can be connected up to 8 receivers of each type. When there is any device
registration change or a new device inclusion, it is necessary to syncronize the receiver(s).
Access the LEVEL 2 programming menu to update the receivers. Note that the first option will
be the "A01 - Atualiza Rec. (Receiver update)", image 11.1.a, and it will be already selected.
Press ENTER. During the sync, the received answer from each receiver will be displayed: TX
(controle remoto – remote control), CT (cartão de proximidade –
fingerprint / senha - password), TA (tag ativo – active tag) e TP (tag passivo – passive tag /
UHF). In the example of the image 11.1.b, the receivers that replied the update were: TX - 1,
2, 3 and 4 CAN addresses, CT - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 CAN addresses, and 7, TA - 1 and 2 CAN
address, TP - 1 and 2 CAN address. If in some position appear the letter "F" flashing, it means
that the receiver was not correctly updated. Verify the receiver and connections, then try again.
If no failure occurs, the message "Atualização feita com sucesso!!! - Updated successfully" will
be displayed, image 11.1.c. Return the programming key to the "OFF" position, image 9.1.b
and the system will be ready.
