This is how a change in the programme can be seen.
Pressing "back" accepts your individual profile.
Pressing "cancel" leaves the view without making any changes.
HRC (individual)
There are 3 heart rate profiles available to be edited.
Pressing "edit" changes to the view "profile edit".
Each minute is shown as a bar. The exercise time (length) can be changed between being 20
and 120 minutes.
The –/+ keys shorten or lengthen the time of the exercise session by 10 minutes.
The right/left navigational keys mark a time bar.
The up/down navigational keys change the bars target heart rate.
The target heart rate of a bar will be shown in beats per minute and per cent and is related to
your maximum heart rate, if available. The target heart rate can be changed to 20 - 100% of
your maximum heart rate.
Pressing "cancel" cancels the operation without making any changes to the original profile.
Pressing "cancel" accepts your individual profile.
Note:
If the maximum heart rate of the active person is not available then a 50 year old standard per-
son with a maximum heart rate of 170 = 100% will be assumed.
A change to the programme can be seen as such.
Note:
The changed individual programmes and profiles will be saved under each individual user and
do not overwrite the programmes and profiles of other users.
