technician has authorized its reuse by writing, refer to
section 1 item 18.
Before any use of the rail:
• Visual check of the good conditions
• If a component is damaged, rail cannot be used
anymore. It must be condemned and the defective
components shall be replaced after a structure check.
This visual check consists of an analysis of the good
state of the components (rail, brackets, intermediary
parts, slider, brackets tightening, proper functioning,
marks readability).
travrail rail does not need any particular maintenance,
apart from a correct cleanliness. If dirty, clean the rail
with clear water and let it dry naturally. The rail must be
kept clean to ensure a smooth gliding of the slider. No
chemical product shall be used on the rail.

7.4. Annual inspection

It is obligatory to check carefully the rail travrail at least
once a year. The person in charge of the checking
must be competent, and must master this installation,
operating and maintenance manual, as well the work
at height regulation. The operator's safety is linked to
the efficient maintenance and to the resistance of the
equipment.
Table below represents the check points list and
its results must be entered on the inspection sheet
found in the centre of this manual. On that sheet, X =
the commissioning date.
