It is important to perform speaker configuration prior to
using the unit.
To enjoy multi-channel surround sound, you need an
power amplifier A-L700P and 5 speakers (Front Left,
Center, Front Right, Surround Right, Surround Left).
< When no action is taken for 10 seconds, the Speaker
Setup mode will be cancelled.
Size of Speakers
1 Press the POWER switch to turn the unit on.
2 If STEREO indicator is lit, press the SURROUND
MODE button and select other surround mode for 5.1
channel (such as DOLBY PRO LOGIC II MUSIC or
THEATER).

3 Press the SETUP button.
"SP SIZE" appears on the front panel's display.
4 Press the t button.
"FRONT" appears on the display.
5 Press the t button.
"F-LARGE" or "F-SMALL" appears on the display.
6 Press the /

7 Press the t button.
Tthe setting is saved in memory.
The next configuration (CENTER) appears on the
display.
Repeat step 5
When all the configuration have been finished, press
the SETUP button (or leave the unit for 10 seconds) to
exit the Speaker Setup mode.
