Speaker Configuration 2
FRONT
F-LARGE:
Select this when large front speakers are
connected. Front channels are output to the front
speakers at full range.
F-SMALL:
Select this when the front speakers are rather
small. When "F-SMALL" is selected, SUBWOOFER
is set to "SW-YES" automatically, and bass
frequencies of the front channels are output from
a subwoofer. So a subwoofer is indispensable for
this setting.
CENTER
C-LARGE:
Select this when a large center speaker is
connected. Center channel is output at full range.
C-SMALL:
Select this when the center speaker is rather
small. Bass frequencies are output from a
subwoofer.
C-NONE:
Select this when no center speaker is connected.
The center channel will be output from front
speakers.
SURR (SURROUND)
S-LARGE:
Select this when an power amplifier and large
surround speakers are connected. Surround
channels are output to the surround speakers at
full range.
S-SMALL:
Select this when the surround speakers are rather
small. Bass frequencies are output from a
subwoofer.
S-NONE:
Select this when no surround speakers are
connected.
SUBWOOFER
SW-YES:
Select this when an power amplifier and a
subwoofer are connected. Bass frequencies are
output from a subwoofer.
SW-NO:
Select this when no subwoofer is connected.
If the front speaker is set to "F-SMALL", you cannot
select "SW-NO".
