Travel lever for devices with hydrostatic
drive (depending on model)
Fig. 15
Continuously adjust the speed with the travel lever
and change the direction of travel:
Forwards: Fast forward driving = lever to"F /
Maximum mowing speed = lever to "
Stopping: To stop driving and change direction =
lever to "N".
Backwards: Reverse driving = lever to"R/
Note
- The more the lever is pressed in the 'R' or 'F'
direction, the faster the device will move.
- After depressing and releasing the brake pedal,
the travel lever moves towards 'N' and thus
reduces the operating speed.
Accelerator pedal for devices with hy-
drostatic drive (depending on model)/
automatic drive
Fig. 16
Continuously adjust the speed with the travel lever
and change the direction of travel:
Forwards = push forwards the drive pedal (in direc-
tion
), the further forward, the faster.
Stop (for stationary vehicle and changing direction)
= release the drive pedal (N).
Reverse = push back the drive pedal (counter to
direction
), the further back, the faster.
Note
When the parking brake is applied, the ac-
celerator pedal cannot be actuated.
Accelerator pedal for devices with Au-
todrive drive (depending on model)
Fig. 17
Continuously adjust the speed with the accelerator
pedal:
■
Move the direction-of-travel lever to F = forwards/
or R = reverse
.
Push the accelerator pedal forwards; the farther
■
forwards, the faster the speed.
Note
To stop, release the accelerator pedal (N
position) and actuate the clutch brake pedal.

Display cluster (depending on model)
Fig. 19
Depending on the design, the display cluster can
consist of the following elements G:
Oil pressure (1):
When this indicator lamp lights up and the engine
is running, immediately switch off the engine and
check the oil level.
Consult a specialist workshop, of necessary.
Clutch (2):
The indicator lamp lights up if the clutch pedal/brake
pedal is not depressed or the parking brake is not
locked when the engine starts.
Cutter deck (3):
The indicator lights up when the cutter deck is not
switched off when the engine starts.
Battery charge indicator (4)
If the indicator lamp lights up and the engine is run-
ning, the battery is not sufficiently charged.
Consult a specialist workshop, of necessary.
Operating hour counter (5)
This shows the elapsed engine hours when ignition
is on.
