4.5.3 Payment system installation
The distributor is supplied without any payment system:
The installation of the payment system is the responsibility of the installation
technician.
Bianchi Industry will not take responsibility for any eventual damage to the
machine itself and/or to things and/or persons due to incorrect installation.
– remove the board and coin mechanism protection door (Fig. 4.19)
– Connect the payment system (Fig.4.20) to the Master board.
The selectors must be directly connected to the Master board the and the serial
executive systems through the interface cable supplied with the machine.
Then go into programming for the correct settings.

Check the payment system connections, by consulting the diagram of the
sheet shown.

4.6 Product container loading
(with machine off)
4.6.1
Loading containers
Filling is possible keeping the containers inserted, and by raising the upper flap
of the distributor taking care to hook the safety arm on correctly (Fig.4.22)
or by extracting each container.
– The rod provides two different opening heights for easy loading of coffee
containers (Fig. 4.22 - espresso version with vacuum system).

Before loading the coffee beans, pull out the container and close the cover
(Fig. 4.23 - standard espresso version).
– remove the covers of each container and load the product according to
the product indicated on the label (Fig.4.24).
– pay attention that they there are no clots, avoid pressing the product
and using an excessive quantity, so as to avoid its aging in relation to the
consumption forseen in the time period between two loadings.

Before closing the upper cover of the machine, lift it slightly and pull the
rod towards you to release it from the pin, let the door descend and guide
it as it moves down.
Check the container product capacity in the section TECHNICAL CHARACTE-
RISTICS.
4.6.2
Cup loading
Use only cups designed for automatic vending machines, with a diameter
of more than 70-74 mm, avoid compressing the cups between themselves
during the loading.
Loading must be carried out with machine off.
In installation phase with the cup dispenser completely empty, operate as
follows:

Release and turn the cup column group outwards (Fig.4.25) until the
column cover can be removed.

lift the stop rod and the cover of the cup column (Fig. 4.26)

Load the cups in the four tubes of the cup column (Fig.4.27)

put back the cover (Fig.4.28)
4.6.3 Spoon loading
Attention! Only use appropriate stirers to be used in automatic vending
machines.
– Remove the metal weight from the spoon dispensing column (Fig. 4.29)
– insert the spoons with their pack wrapping in the column and when they
are positioned on the bottom cut and remove the wrapping (Fig. 4.30)
– once the loading is completed put the weight back in the spoon dispensing
column.
– Check that the spoon are cut burr-free, that they are not bent and that
they are all placed horizontally (Fig.4.31).

First self installation mode
At the first machine start up will be performed a self installtion .The aim of this
procedure is to avoid the manual connections of wires on the boards after the
filling of the Hydraulic cyrcuit.
For Espresso single boiler:
When the distributor is started up the airbreak is filled with water.
When the floater is in the upper position the machine will start loading water
automatically and this will go on until 200cc of water are counted by the fan
(then water will be supplied via a mixer throughout the procedure).
The procedure will be carried out with resistance off.
At the end a date will be shown on the display.
Pushing the ENTER BUTTON, the machine will wait for 10 seconds then will
start to warm up the boiler.
The date will be recorded on the board.
