6.0 SOFTWARE INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 PASSWORD
The current programming logic requires, when entering by pressing the PROG
key, the insertion of a password allowing to access one programming menu.
To facilitate and speed up some operations on the field, the password ma-
nagement is subdivided as follows:
PWD 1 - Reduced programming menu (00001)
PWD 2 – Sales Menu (00000)
6.2 MACHINE MENUS
PWD 1 allows the access the complete menu of the vending machine. The
menu access procedure is as follows: press PROG key on the master board,
enter the password and press ENTER key. Below is a list of programming
menus of the vending machine.
6.2.1 SOFTWARE MENUS MACHINE
In programming mode, the keys have the following meanings:
P3 increase value
P4
escape
P7 decrease value
P11 move cursor
P15 enter

6.3 MAINTENANCE
(Easy version)
Maintenance is performed by pressing the key 'Service'.
In line 1 "Maintenance xxx" will be displayed , where xxx displays the boiler
temperature, and in line 2 the possible detected alarms.
Pressing twice the key Service, the stand by heating phase will be bypassed,
allowing you to perform test selections even on non regimen temperatures.
Pressing a key the slave boiler temperature will be displayed in scroll.
The maintenance panel has the following functions:
In the maintenance mode the keys have the following meaning:
P1 scroll alarms (if pressed for 5 seconds, the last 15 alarms are displayed)
P2 reset alarms (if pressed for 5 seconds, maintenance menu 2 is enabled)
P3 complete test
P4
only water test
P5 doser/grinder test
P6 test without sugar and spoon
P7
group rotation
P8 total entries (+ hot and cold alternating)
P9 conveyor test
P10 mixer test (if pressed for 3 seconds)
P11 automatic grinding test (if pressed for 3 seconds)

P13 coffee ground refilling

MDB pipe filling

P16 MDB input/pipe sliding test

Bib 1 syrup washing

Maintenance menu 2 (enabled by pressing P2 for 5 seconds in maintenance
mode):
P1 espresso boiler loading (if pressed for 3 seconds)
P2
gear motor test (if pressed for 3 seconds)
P3 enable water inlet SV (if pressed for 3 seconds)
P4 enable sugar doser magnet
In maintenance mode it is necessary to enter in sequence,via the alphanu-
meric keyboard, the numbers shown to obtain the desired function.
