Assembly requirements
During the assembly, make sure that
• The torque stop is mounted in not pre-tensioned condition
on a M4 threaded rod with two M4 nuts.
• The threaded rod and the nuts are secured against loosen-
ing. Make sure the stability of the fastening on the motor is
sufficient.
• The torque stop shows no deformation.
• The used slot of the fastening arm has not been damaged
when shortening.
• Comply with the maximum permissible shaft offset.

NOTICE
Check the threaded rod regularly
Under high loads, the threaded rod of the torque stop can be
subject to a certain wear (e.g. in case of high rotational
speeds with reversing operation).
• Depending on the range of application, check the threaded
rod regularly.
• In the event of wear, immediately replace the threaded rod
and the torque stop.
