Digital output signals - signals from power source
to robot
General
NOTE!
If the connection between the power source and the interface goes down, all digi-
tal and analog output signals on the interface will be set to "0".

NOTE!
A voltage of no more than 36 V must be present at connector X6/1 in order to sup-
ply power to the digital outputs.

Available signals
Descriptions of the following signals can be found in the document "TPS/i interface signal
descriptions".

Arc stable / Touch signal
(Arc stable / touch signal)
Power source ready

Collisionbox active
(CrashBox active)
WARNING!
Before starting work, switch off all the devices and components involved and discon-
nect them from the grid.
Secure all devices and components involved so they cannot be switched back on.
The digital outputs can be supplied as required with 24 V from the interface or with a
customer-specific voltage (0 - 36 V)
In order to supply the digital outputs with 24 V, an output voltage of 24 V secondary
is available on the interface
•
The 24 V secondary output voltage is electrically isolated from the SpeedNet
connection. A protective circuit limits the voltage level to 100 V
Place a jumper between connectors X6/1 and X6/7
Connect the customer-specific power supply cable to connector X6/1
