REACH
INFORMATION ON SUBSTANCES CONTAINED IN THE CANDIDATE LIST (CL) IN ACCORDANCE WITH REACH REG. N. 1907/2006/
EC, ARTICLE 33.1
According to Article 33.1 in the REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006) [1], recipients of the article must be informed of the pres-
ence of substances of very high concern (SVHC [2]) in products delivered by Emmeti SpA .
The objective of this provision is to ensure the safe use of these substances throughout the entire life cycle of the product.
General information for the safe use of the products
Each MIRAI - SMI 4.0 Heat Pump (HP) is supplied with a use and installation manual containing information on safe use for the end user.
The information relating to the transport, storage, installation, testing and maintenance of the HP also includes information on safe use for
qualified technical personnel.
The substances specified in the applicable "Table of substances contained in the candidate list", and present in parts of the MIRAI - SMI 4.0
HP, are integrated in such a way as to minimize potential customer exposure and risks to people or the environment as long as the HP and
its parts are used as provided in the Instructions for Use and as long as testing and maintenance are carried out in accordance with the
technical instructions supplied with the HP and in accordance with product standards and good industry practices.
At the end of its life cycle, a HP must always be disposed of in compliance with the laws in force in the European Union, and related imple-
mentations of the member states, at an authorized disposal centre.
The HP components must be disposed of in compliance with local legislation in force and in the manner prescribed by the local authorities.
Presence of substances included in the Candidate List
On the basis of legal regulations and in consideration of the data released by Emmeti SPA suppliers, the following SVHC substances have
been identified which may be present, with a concentration greater than 0.1% of weight, in individual components of the articles listed on the
following "Table of substances contained in the Candidate List".
