5.5 Electrical System
Make sure that the general power supply has been turned off. Never touch
the electrical components immediately after removing the power supply,
always wait at least 5 minutes .
WARNINGS
• The electrical connections must be carried out by qualified personnel
and in compliance with the regulations in force in the place of instal-
lation.
• The connection must be preceded by an accurate check of compa-
tibility between the power supply line and the characteristics to be
connected.
• The unit must be connected to an impedance electrical network

• Make sure to use a dedicated power supply only for the heat pump.
• The heat pump power cables must have a section equal to or greater
than that indicated in the following table. The supply cable must com-
ply with the IEC standard. (60245 IEC57 (H05RN-F)
• In the power supply line of the unit it is mandatory to provide a diffe-
rential / magnetothermal switch with a contact separation of at least
3 mm in each pole, with a maximum trip threshold of 30 mA, sized
according to the table:

Connect the Earthing Cable
The earthing cable must not be connected to the piping, the
gas supply, lightening rods or telephone lines; incorrect earth-
ing can cause electrical discharge and damage to the unit.
