Difluorometano 3.0
H220: Highly flammable gas.
H280: It contains gas under pressure; it may explode when heated.
In high concentrations, it may cause asphyxiation. Symptoms may include loss of mobility/consciousness. Victims
may not be aware of asphyxiation. While wearing self-contained breathing apparatus, remove victims to uncontami-
nated area and keep them warm and rested. Call a doctor. Provide artificial respiration if the breathing stops only
Rinse the eye with water immediately. Remove any contact lenses if it is easy to do. Continue rinsing. Flush with
abundant water for at least 15 minutes. Get immediate medical assistance. If medical assistance is not immediately
available, rinse for an additional 15 minutes
Contact with the evaporating liquid may cause freezing of skin.
Heat may cause the cases explosion.
Water spray or mist. Dry powder. Foam.
Carbon dioxide.
No data available.
In the event of fire it may produce by thermal decomposition the following: hydrofluoric acid
; carbon monoxide; carbon oxide
; carbonyl difluoride
In the event of fire: stop the leak if no danger subsists. Do not extinguish the flames on leak because the possibility
of an uncontrolled explosive reignition exists. Spray continuously with water from a protected position until the
case cooling. Use fire extinguishers against the fire. Isolate the fire source or let you burn.
Evacuate the area. Ensure adequate ventilation. Consider the risk of potentially explosive atmospheres.
Eliminate any ignition source if no danger occurs. Monitor the concentration of the released product Prevent spill
into sewers, basements, excavations or areas where its accumulation can be dangerous. Use the self-contained
breathing apparatus when entering area unless it is proved that the atmosphere is breathable. EN 137 Respiratory
protective devices - Open circuit self-breathing apparatus compressed air with full face mask - Requirements,
testing, marking.
Exclusively people properly trained and experienced can handle gas under pressure. Use only properly specified
equipment, which is suitable for this product, its supply pressure and temperature of use.
