Possible Solutions
Turn off the unit ("I/O" switch on the front panel) .
Wait 1 minute, and then restart the pump .
Check the inflow line from the bags to the
joint . Open any closed clamps or stopcocks .
Replace the saline solution bags and/or
check the clamps under the bags . Press Fill
Chamber if chamber is less than 1/3 full .
Change the Inflow Tubing if water has entered
the pressure sensing line . If problem persists,
contact DePuy Synthes Customer Service .
Check that the connections on the Inflow
and pressure sensing tube are closed . If
necessary, change the Inflow Tubing and start
again .
Check the stopcock on the arthroscopic
sheath, and the clamps under the saline bags
and under the pressure chamber .
Reposition or clean the cannula . Verify that the
arthroscopic sheath allows sufficient flow . Use
High Flow FMS arthroscopic sheaths .
Press the RUN/STOP pad before pressing the
SOLO pad .
Open the Quick Connect port by pressing
down on the lever at the top of the port .
