3.1 Instrucciones de instalación - sistema MCR
Una las boquillas atomizadoras como se ha indicado ante-
riormente (párrafo 1.4). Por favor, observe que la línea de
aire soporta todas las boquillas atomizadoras. Sitúe siem-
pre la línea de agua por debajo de las boquillas atomiza-
doras con el fin de facilitar su vaciado y secado cuando
se apague el sistema.
Por favor, respete las siguientes normas cuando instale
un sistema MCR:
1 Las boquillas no deben pulverizar sobre ningún
obstáculo físico en el que se podría condensar y gotear
rocío. Las boquillas pueden estar en ángulo hacia arri-
ba, hacia abajo o hacia los lados siempre que el cono
de pulverización visible no entre en contacto con ningún
obstáculo. En la tabla 1 se indica la longitud y el diáme-
tro máx. del cono en relación a la humedad ambiente.

Las boquillas no deben entrar en contacto con la pulveri-
zación procedente de otras boquillas. Recomendamos
montar las boquillas lo más alto posible. Pero, al instalar-
las se tiene que tener mucho cuidado de que no se pro-
duzca rocío en el techo.
2 Las líneas de aire y de agua no deben presentar
variaciones de altura.
3 Coloque una válvula de bola al final de las líneas (útil
para limpiarlas cuando se arranca la unidad).
4 Monte el armario de control lo más cerca posible de las
líneas superiores. Si las líneas superiores son muy lar-
gas (<50 m) es aconsejable situar el armario en medio
con el fin de equilibrar las presiones.
5 Todas las boquillas atomizadoras deberán distribuirse
de modo que cubran uniformemente toda la zona.

3.1 Installation instructions - MCR system

Assemble the atomizing nozzles as indicated above (par.
1.4). Please note that the air line supports all the atomi-
zing nozzles. Always position the water line below the ato-
mizing nozzles so as to make it easier to empty and dry
them as the system is turned OFF.
Please observe the following rules when installing an
MCR system:
1 The nozzles must not spray onto any phisycal obstacles
where the mist might condense and drip.The nozzles
can be angled up, down or sideways so long as the
visible spray cone does not make contact with any
obstruction. Table 1 below indicates the length and the
max. diameter of the cone related to the ambient humidity.

The nozzles must not make contact with the spray from
another nozzles. We recommend mounting the nozzles at
the highest possible position. However, care must be
taken to install them so that the mist does not spray onto
the ceiling.
2 There should not be bends in the air and water lines.
3 Place a ball valve at the end of the lines (useful to clean
them when the unit is started).
4 Mount the control cabinet as near as possible the upper
lines. Should the upper lines be very long (>50m) it is
advisable to place the cabinet half way so as to
balance their pressures.
5 All the atomizing nozzles should be positioned at regular
distances so as to ensure uniform spray patterns over
the entire area.
