INTRODUCTION/GENERAL

General

In the Euro-Grill many cooking techniques have
been combined in one apparatus. You can grill
meat products very tastily but a lot more is possi-
ble than just grilling. You can also warm up food,
cook it, bake it, braise it, cook it 'au gratin' or roast
it. If you keep to our tried and tested guidelines
(see appendix 1, page 12), you are ensured of the
best result. Consequently, the Euro-Grill in the
hands of a professional user is an ideal apparatus
for experimentation. In this way you can adapt the
Euro-Grill perfectly to your individual requirements.

The advantages of grilling

The sale of ready-to-eat foodstuffs adds extra value
to a product which causes your turnover to in-
crease. The use of the Euro-Grill is actually very
simple. The grill times and the temperature are
determined in such a way that small differences in
them will not have any adverse effects on the final
product. The grilling process can be monitored
continuously. The settings can be changed at any
time throughout the whole process.

Technical description

Grilling is a particularly tasty manner of preparing
meat. In the Euro-Grill use is made of a combina-
tion of direct infra-red radiation and convection
warmth. The radiated heat seals the meat and
creates a crispy brown layer; the convection
warmth cooks the meat properly. An ingenious,
patented ventilation system completes the pack-
age. In this way the Euro-Grill always gives a per-
fect result.
When the grilling process is stopped by switch-
ing the rotor switch (A3), the heating elements
and quartz lamp on the serving side turn them-
selves off. The quartz lamp on the customers'
side stays lit throughout the whole grilling proc-
ess. The grill is driven by a maintenance free motor
with a reduction gear.
