Product description

The control unit B70/1DC checks the ROGER
brushless motor for automation of a sliding wing in
"sensored" mode, with the aid of a high-resolution
magnetic encoder; the "full digital" control
performed by the powerful microcontroller allows
you to finely adjust the acceleration, deceleration
and rated speed, and detect situations of shock.
You can connect photocells, safety edges, push-button
panels, key selectors, a flashing light, a radio receiver,
an gate open light,a courtesy light and a clock. There
are two configuration levels: a simple one which
satisfies most of the installations and an extended
(advanced) one where it is possible to extensively
customise the behaviour of the automation.

Description of connections and fuses

In order to access the connection terminals it is
necessary to remove the cover of the electronic
card as shown in Figure 1:
• remove the 2 screws marked with the letter A.
• move it slightly towards you and lift the cover as
indicated by the arrow B.
If the battery charger is installed (B71/BC) refer to
Figure 2:
• remove the 2 screws marked with the letter A.
• move it slightly towards you and lift the cover as
indicated by the arrow B.
• rotate the cover as indicated by arrow C and place
it in front of the automation. Pay attention to the
wiring: avoid sudden stress or tearing.
Figure 3 hows the connection diagram of the power
supply, the motor and the fuses. The power supply
terminal block (detail D) is equipped with a 5 x 20
mm delayed type 1A 250V (T1A), F3 fuse which
protects the primary of the transformer.
The board has 2 automotive style fuses (ATO257), F1
of 10A end F2 of 2A.
In figure 4,5 and 6 the connections of the inputs and
the outputs are shown below the description of the
individual terminals:
