7.3
Safe state in case of an error
On the occurrence of an error that results in the loss of
the safety function, the safety switch adopts a defined,
safe state. The safety switch remains in this state until
the error or the cause of the error has been rectified
(see 9.1 "Data sheet" on page 181).
Errors that can result in the loss of the safety function,
can be e.g.:
• safety-related internal errors
• invalid input signal conditions
• supply voltage loss
• loss of the assured detection capability
