Screen 33 displays two graphs, the top one shows the speed based on the value
entered in the previous screen and the bottom graph shows the incline levels that
will occur during the exercise.
It is possible to change the level on this screen by using the LEVEL▼▲ keys
located at the bottom of the screen.
By changing the level, the inclination graph changes. It is possible to change the speed while exercising
but not the inclination.
With this program it is possible to combine the exercise with any multimedia functions available on the
treadmill.
When the exercise finishes, either because you have reached the goal or because
you have pressed the STOP button, (Screen 13) will display a summary of the
values obtained during the exercise.
HILL.-
This program consists of a training session for a time set by the user and with randomly established
incline levels set by the treadmill, it is not possible to change these levels.
The difference with the previous program is that in this mode the levels are a logical progression, varying
progressively upward or downward, whereas in the previous program they are random inclinations.
Press the Workout Menu key while on (Screen 19). All of the
available programs will be displayed. After selecting Hill,
(Screen 32) will appear, where you have to select a time
between 20 and 99 minutes and a level between 1 and 20.
The weight and age values are the ones specified when the machine was started, however, these can be
modified.
After entering this information, press the START key at the bottom of the screen. The following screen will
appear:

- SPEED INTERVAL.
This program consists of a training session for a time set by the user and at a speed controlled by the
treadmill in spurts. The speed of each spurt depends on the level chosen.
Press the Workout Menu key while on (Screen 19). All of the
available programs will be displayed. After selecting Speed
Interval, (Screen 32) will appear, where you have to select a
time between 20 and 99 minutes and a level between 1 and
20.
