PEAK HOLD – SEMI-AUTOMATIC (DEFAULT)
1. In the upper left portion of the home screen, select
PEAK HOLD. Follow the screen instructions to begin.
2. Place item on the pan. The capture process starts
automatically. The highest reading is held on the
display.
3. To release the reading, press END PEAK HOLD.
4. Clear the pan or press TARE to reset the display and
re-start the process.

1. For manual start and reset, choose manual mode.
2. To enable this feature, enter the peak hold setup
menu and change the mode to manual.
