To adjust the date and time, press the right arrow and left arrow keys
simultaneously. After pressing OK to confirm it is possible to modify
the date and time using the arrow keys (left and right arrow to move

3.2.12
SETTING START-UP TIMES WITH THE TIMER
(only for T75E-T97E-TT98E)
This function can only be accessed provided the Lock has not been
enabled!!
It is possible to set timed start-up of the oven, entering two start-up
times and two switch-off times for every day of the week.
To adjust the daily Timer, press the "Timer" button, on the left of the
screen and the days in the week will be displayed, with a time
associated to each day; at the top, the display will show the time for
morning / afternoon start-up (ON) and the morning / afternoon
switch-off times (OFF). Use the "right arrow" key to select the day
or the time to be adjusted and then, use the "up arrow" and "down
arrow" keys to set the time required.
The "ON" and "OFF" values need to be set for each time if this
function is to be enabled.
Use the "P" key to scroll through the four daily timer settings.
3.2.13
ENABLING THE TIMER
(only for T75E-T97E-TT98E)
To enable the timer (after carrying out the operations described in
point 3.2.12) press the Timer button and then OK to confirm the
request.
The daily Timer is only enabled if the start-up and switch-off times
have been set for the timers.
IMPORTANT! A simple "on" setting is sufficient for the oven to
start up automatically, although in this case, switching off will
have to be carried out manually.
If the timer is switched on, this is shown by the words "TIMER ON"
on the screen (bottom centre).
When the switch on time is reached, an intermittent buzzer will
sound (for about a minute) to warn that the oven is about to switch
on, while the screen will read "Switching On:"and the number of
seconds remaining.
If the OK button is pressed at this stage, the start-up process is
interrupted.
After one minute of buzzer and visual warning, the oven will start up,
(as explained in point 3.2.12) with the heating stage.
IMPORTANT! The buzzer alarm is used to indicate that the
oven is about to start up and therefore, anybody standing within
range for any reason must move to a safe distance or disconnect
the power supply; all those who might for any reason be in the
vicinity of the oven must be aware of this function and the risks
involved, so as to ensure their physical safety.
When it is time for the oven to switch off, an intermittent buzzer will
sound to warn that the oven is about to switch off, while the display
will read "Switching off:"and the number of seconds remaining.
In this case, too, when the OK button is pressed, this will interrupt
the switching off process.
NOTE: If there is a power outage while the timer is on
(Blackout), no parameter will be altered; the important thing is
for the power to return before the set time for the oven to switch
on.
3.2.14
ECONOMY FUNCTION
The "Economy" function allows the oven to be kept hot while at the
same time reducing power consumption. This is ideal during
temporary breaks in cooking, and is achieved by limiting the
maximum power supplied to the floor and ceiling heating elements.
3.2.15
ENABLING THE ECONOMY FUNCTION:
T75E-T97E-TT98E:
To set the Economy function, press the "Economy" button.
If the oven is turned off, the fact that the economy function is
enabled can be seen at the bottom right hand corner of the screen
which reads : " Economy on", whereas if the oven is working or
when it starts working an icon depicting a moneybox will appear at
the right hand side of the screen in place of the belt icon
T64E
There are two types of Economy functions:
- ECO1: this regulates power supplied by the oven, thus reducing it.
This is enabled by pressing the "Economy" button. The display
will show the message "ECO1"
- ECO2: this regulates power supplied by the oven, thus reducing it
and stops the belt. This is enabled by pressing and holding down
the "Economy" button. The display will show the message "ECO1"
To deactivate the Economy function and return to normal operation,
press the "Economy" function
3.2.16
DISPLAYING ALARMS
T75E-T97E-TT98E:
The following types of ALARM may be displayed on the control unit
screen if problems are detected.
1) Belt stopped alarm
2) Fan stopped alarm (T75E-T97E only)
3) Max. safety temperature exceeded alarm
4) Motor compartment alarm (TT98E only: due to the lack of
operation by the rear cooling fan or to the intervention of the motor's
thermal breakers which switch off the motors as a protective
measure)
5) Thermocouple alarm (the failed thermocouple will be indicated)
(TT98E only)
If any one of these alarms is triggered the control unit will indicate
the type of alarm on screen, and will shut down the oven.
The alarm, which is indicated both visually and by the buzzer, will
continue until the STOP button is pressed. The alarm will continue to
be indicated even if the alarm conditions no longer exist: let us say
for example that the temperature exceeds the max threshold foreseen
for a moment, and then returns to normal values. The alarm condition
has ceased, but the alarm will still be displayed on the control unit
monitor and the oven will remain off until it is restarted. This is to
allow the operator to become aware of the problem, even if there was
nobody in the vicinity of the oven when it actually occurred.
If the "Stop" button is pressed the display will return to the initial
page and the alarm message will no longer be visible, but this does
not mean that it no longer exists: if the problem is still present the
alarm will be displayed again as soon as the oven is started once
more, and the oven will once again be turned off.
IMPORTANT! In the event of a malfunction or fault in the
appliance, stop the appliance following the steps in point 3.3.
For the TT98E, if there is an anomaly, the control unit screen will
show one of the following types of SIGNAL:
UK/6
