6. Maintenance
6.1.1- Annual overhaul
It is recommended to perform, at the end of each season, a machine general overhaul
at your dealer or at the factory.
Do a completely and rigorously machine washing.
Dry any water accumulated in the machine guards.
Retouch the paint where it is needed.
Replace worn or damaged parts.
Apply anti-corrosive oil to the metal parts of the machine.
Lubricate properly.
Attention during cleaning work guarantees safety to all involved. Lack of attention
can result in personal injury.
Wear safety clothing, gloves, and goggles during cleaning. Protect your body and
face from splashes of dirt and oil. Insufficient body and face protection can cause
severe skin and eye damage.
Neutral Ph cleaners offer optimum machine protection. Products with very low or
very high Ph may be corrosive when used on plastic or rubber surfaces.
CAUTION!
Before starting cleaning:
• Park the machine in a flat location and
disconnect the power take-off from
the tractor;
• Lower the equipment to the floor;
• Disconnect the hydraulic components;
• Stop the tractor and remove the
ignition key;
• Engage the tractor's parking brake.
Make sure that the tractor can not
move during cleaning. If necessary, fit
the wheels.
