6.1- How to articulate the gathering platform

The platform articulation allows access to internal
components such as the counterknife,
smooth roller's scraper, etc., facilitating
adjustments and maintenance services. To
articulate the platform, proceed as follows:
The articulation of the platform must be
performed in a flat location. If carried
out on a sloping surface, due to its own
weight, the platform will tend to move
and may cause an accident.
Keep people not involved in the procedure
away from the platform articulation area
during the process.
Procedure:
Remove the bolt (A);

Lift the platform fairing (B) and secure with

Remove the cover (D) from the cutter set box;

Remove the cutting gears (F);
