6.1.2- Sharpening the rotor knives
Loosen the handle (Q) and remove the

cover (P);
Turn on the PTO in working speed (540

rpm);
Carefully turn the handle (O) clockwise

until the sharpener stone touches the
knives.
Press the handle to press the stone
4.
against the knives. Keep the pressure for,
approximately, 10 seconds;
After sharpening, move the stone away
5.
from the knives by turning the handle
counterclockwise;
Turn off the power take off;

Wait a few moments until the rotor

stops rotation and inspect the knives. If
necessary, repeat sharpening.
Replace the cover (P);
8.
Retighten the handle (Q) until it locks the

cover (P).
Replace cutting gears (F);
10.
Replace the cover (D) and secure it with

the bolts (J);
Lower the cowling (B) and replace the

screw (A).
