D - Platform fairing:
Bulkhead of the feeding drums and
cutting discs, the platform fairing has
been developed to difficult the access of
people at the machine feeding area.
Risk of removal of platform fairing
Contact with feeding drums or cutting
discs with the machine connected can
cause a very serious accident, with risk
of death.
E - Air inlet openings:
The air inlet openings have been designed
in accordance with safety standards to
prevent contact with the rotor during the
operation of the machine. Its dimensions
prevent the fingers from passing through
the holes and reaching the rotor.
