4.1.4 Mutual optical interference of systems mounted in close
proximity
Prevent mutual optical interference between systems mounted in
close proximity!
If several L4000 systems work in close proximity, then the sender
beams from one system can cause interference in the receiver for the
other system such that the protective function of the various L4000
systems is no longer provided and there is a hazard for the operator.
You must avoid this type of mounting situation or take suitable
precautions, e.g., by mounting non-reflective screens or by reversing
the transmission direction of one of the systems.
