NOTICE
• For optimum guiding of the cable assembly, we recommend dismounting
any cable assembly guides (5) present or the clamp of the robot (8).
Steps (1) to (10) refer to the versions iCAT ABIROB
axes = A4, A5, A6.
1 Unscrew threaded sleeve (2) and bellows (3).
2 Unscrew fastening screw (14) from the welding torch coupling (11) until
screw head and washer (13) make contact.
3 Introduce cable assembly (6) from behind through the 4th axis of the
robot (8).
For mounting the pull-in tool, please observe the information in chapter:
 13 Appendix on page EN-36
4 Insert pull-in tool (1) through the iCAT (10) and the 5th axis of the
robot (8).
5 Screw pull-in tool (1) into the cable assembly connection (4) as far as it will go.
