Track Erase
Use the following procedure to erase a
track being played. The title of the track is
also erased.
1 Play the track to be erased.
2 Press the EDIT button.

Select ERASE by pressing the SELECT
button.
Every time the SELECT button is pressed,
the mode is changed as follows:
DIVIDE? : Dividing a track.
COMBINE? : Combining tracks
ERASE? : Erasing track(s).
MOVE? : Moving (reordering) tracks.
< Press the EDIT button again to cancel the
editing operation.
< Editing is canceled if no operation is
performed for 8 seconds.

Press the SET button.
5 Press the ENTER button.
"ok?" is displayed.
6 Press the ENTER button to execute the
editing.
The display after execution:
"EDIT NOW!" : When editing is in progress.
"COMPLETE!": When editing is completed
successfully.
"CAN'T EDIT!": When editing is impossible.
< It takes a while until the execution
completes.
< If you execute an editing operation by
mistake, the condition before editing can
be recovered by performing the "EDIT
CANCEL" operation.
7 Press the EJECT button(L) to unload the
disc.
< While "WRITING" is displayed, do not
apply shock or vibration to the unit
because information is being written on
the Mini Disc.

Effacement d'une piste

Utilisez la procédure qui suit pour effacer
une piste en cours de lecture. Le titre de la
piste est également effacé.
1 Lisez la piste à effacer.
2 Appuyez sur le bouton EDIT.

Sélectionnez ERASE en appuyant sur le
bouton SELECT.
Chaque fois que vous appuyez sur le
bouton SELECT, le mode change comme
suit :
DIVIDE ? :division d'une piste
COMBINE ? :regroupement de pistes
ERASE ? :effacement d'une ou
plusieurs pistes
MOVE ? :déplacement de pistes
(réorganisation des pistes).
< Appuyez de nouveau sur le bouton EDIT
pour annuler la modification effectuée.
< La modification est annulée si aucune
opération n'est effectuée dans les 8
secondes.
4 Appuyez sur le bouton SET.
5 Appuyez sur le bouton ENTER.
Le message "ok?" s'affiche.

Appuyez sur le bouton ENTER pour
exécuter l'édition.
Affichage après l'exécution :
"EDIT NOW!" :
lorsque la modification est en cours.
"COMPLETE!":
lorsque la modification est exécutée
vec succès.
"CAN'T EDIT!":
lorsque la modification est impossible.
< L'exécution de la modification prend un
certain temps.
< Si vous exécutez par erreur une
opération de modification, vous pouvez
revenir à l'état qui précédait cette
opération en exécutant l'opération "EDIT
CANCEL".
7 Appuyez sur le bouton EJECT(L) pour
sortir le disque.
< Lorsque le message "WRITING" est
affiché, ne pas heurter ni secouer
l'appareil car des informations sont en
cours de gravure sur le mini-disc.
