Desmontar el
indicador de
posición mecánico
 Desatornillar completo el
indicador de posición (257).
 Retirar la junta tórica (256) de la
tapa (138).
 Desmontar el espaciador (212) y
el tornillo (258).
Desmontar el
inserto de válvula
de la carcasa
 Aflojar la tuerca de unión (252)
con una llave de gancho. Extraer
con precaución el inserto de
válvula de la carcasa.
ATENCIÓN
Al montar el inserto de válvula en la
carcasa tome en cuenta por favor las
ranuras del seguro contra torsión.
Desmontar el fuelle
de PTFE
 Desatornille el fuelle de PTFE
completo (15) de la varilla (139).
NOTA
Al montar el fuelle de PTFE (15),
apretar manualmente.

Dismantle
mechanical
position indicator
 Unscrew complete position
indicator (257).
 Remove O-ring (256) from the
cover (138) .
 Dismount spacer (212) and
screw (258).
Remove valve in-
sert from the hous-
ing
 Slacken cap nut (252) using a
hook wrench. Take valve insert
carefully out of the housing.
CAUTION
When mounting the valve insert
into the housing, pay attention to
the antitwist grooves. / Alternativ:
grooves of the antitwist device
Dismantle the
PTFE bellows
 Unscrew the complete PTFE
bellows (15) from the valve
stem (139).
NOTE
When installing, hand- tighten the
PTFE bellows (15).
