NOTA
En el modelo de acero
inoxidable puede desmontarse
el seguro contra torsión para
cambiar la junta tórica (29).
Para hacerlo, presione hacia
adentro la espiga (251), para
esto, la varilla ya tiene que estar
desmontada. Saque el casquillo
(219) hacia abajo y retire la
junta tórica (29).

No emplee ninguna grasa o
aceite habituales para lubricar.
Tenga en cuenta las hojas de
datos de seguridad de los
fabricantes de los lubricantes.
GEA Tuchenhagen recomienda
exclusivamente Cassida P1.
Este lubricante está autorizado
para alimentos, es resistente a la
espuma de cerveza y posee el
registro NSF- H1(USDA H1).
Puede solicitar el Cassida P1
con el número de art. 413-134
en GEA Tuchenhagen.
NOTA
En el modelo de acero
inoxidable tiene que volverse a
montar el seguro contra torsión.
 Para hacerlo, monte la junta
tórica (29) en el casquillo
(219).
 Empuje el casquillo (219)
desde abajo hacia adentro de
la linterna (9). Aquí, alinee
entre ellas las perforaciones
de la linterna (9) y el
casquillo (219). Golpee la
espiga desde afuera para
meterla. La espiga (251)
tiene que quedar a ras del
diámetro exterior de la
linterna (9).

For changing the O-ring (29)
on stainless steel actuators, the
anti-twist device must be re-
moved. For this purpose press
the pin (251) to the inside; the
stem must have been removed
beforehand.
After the sleeve (219) was
taken out from the bottom, the
O-ring (29) can be removed.

sheets issued by the lubricant
manufacturers.
GEA Tuchenhagen exclusively
recommends Cassi- da P1. This
lubricant is approved for food-
stuff and is resistant to beer
froth and has NSF-H1 (USDA
H1) registration.
Cassida P1 can be ordered from
GEA Tuchenhagen under part
no. 413-134.

For actuators in stainless steel
the anti-twist device must be
reinstalled
For this purpose:
 install the O-ring (29) into
the sleeve (219).
 Push the sleeve (219) from
the bottom into the lantern
(9). Align the bores of the
lantern (9) and sleeve (219)
to each other. Drive the pin
(251) from the outside into
the lantern until it is flush
with the outside diameter of
the lantern (9).
