 Sacar el pasador de sujeción (6) y retirar la palanca (3).
 Aflojar el tornillo con hexágono interior (7) y girar la varilla
(8) a la posición deseada.
 Apretar el tornillo con hexágono interior (7) y montar la
palanca.
NOTA
Al realizar el montaje del pasador de sujeción tome en cuenta
que este se asienta en el centro y la ranura señala hacia abajo
en dirección al accionamiento.

Mantenimiento

Limpieza de la válvula
ATENCIÓN
El fuelle con el vástago de la válvula (15) y el asiento de la
carcasa (391) son áreas de precisión. ¡No deben dañarse!
 Desmontar la válvula: ver cap. «Desmontaje – montaje».
 Limpie bien las piezas.
ATENCIÓN
Tenga en cuenta las hojas de datos de seguridad de los
fabricantes de los productos de limpieza.
Utilice solamente productos de limpieza que no ataquen ni
desgasten los materiales utilizados.
Sustituir las piezas de desgaste
NOTA
Utilice siempre piezas de repuesto originales.
 Sustituir el fuelle (15) defectuoso.
 Cambiar todas las juntas marcadas en las ilustraciones:

NOTA
No reutilice juntas usadas, ya que éstas no proporcionan la
estanqueidad necesaria.

 Drive out the dowel pin (6) and take off the lever (3).
 Slacken the hex socket-head screw (7) and turn the rod (8)
into the required position.
 Tighten the hex socket-head screw (7) and fit the lever.
NOTE
When fitting the dowel pin make sure it is centred and the slot
is facing downwards towards the actuator.

Maintenance

Cleaning the valve
CAUTION
The bellows with the valve shaft (15) and the housing seat
(391) are precision parts which must not be damaged!
 Dismantle the valve, see Chapter "Dismantling – Mount-
ing".
 Carefully clean the individual components.
CAUTION
Observe the safety information sheets issued by the detergent
manufacturers! Only use detergents which are non abrasive
and non-aggressive towards the materials used.
Replacing the wearing parts
NOTE
Always use original spare parts.
 Replace defective bellows (15).
 Replace all the seals marked in the illustr.:
6 O-ring
118 O-ring
186 O-ring
226 O-ring
256 O-ring
262 O-ring
264 O-ring
5 O-ring
NOTE
Used seals must not be refitted, since this would adversely af-
fect the sealing function.
