Montar el cabezal de conexión

ATENCIÓN
¡El husillo del potenciómetro
(P) es un componente sensible y
tiene que tratarse con cuidado!
 Inserte con cuidado el husillo
del potenciómetro (P) en el
inserto de válvula (A).
 Atornille el cabezal de
conexión (B) hacia la derecha
(en dirección a la flecha),
hasta el tope, sobre el inserto
de válvula (A), y apriételo
manualmente (par de apriete
máx.: 3 Nm).
 Alinee las conexiones
girando de regreso el cabezal
de conexión (B)
(enclavamiento).

Desmontaje

 Quite el tapón redondo (259),
desatornille la tuerca
hexagonal (217) SW13,
quitando también la arandela
(212).
 Desatornille el volante (82),
saque hacia arriba el paquete
de resortes (53), saque la
varilla (139) hacia abajo.
 Retire la junta tórica (186).

Dismantling – Mounting the
manual actuator
CAUTION
The potentiometer spindle (P)
is a sensitive component and
must be handled with care!
 Carefully insert potentiome-
ter spindle (P) into the valve
insert (A).
 Screw control module (B)
onto the valve insert (A) by
turning it to the right (in di-
rection of the arrow) up to
the limit stop; fasten hand-
tight (torque 3Nm max. ).
 Align connection ports by
turning the control module
(B) (locating device).
Dismantling
 Remove round plug (259),
unscrew hex. nut (217) a/f
13 and take out washer
(212).
 Unscrew hand wheel (82)
and remove spring package
(53) from the top, withdraw
valve stem (139) from the
bottom.
 Remove O-ring (186) .
