    3 DATOS DEL PRODUCTO La máquina que usted acaba de adquirir es un producto especializado en la limpieza de vajilla, cristalería y demás piezas de menaje, utilizadas en la restauración y hostelería. Al ser un producto industrial, está caracterizado por tener una gran producción de limpieza de vajilla.     4.5 Conexión modelos ECO En los modelos ECO (con generador de agua caliente) se debe empalmar el tubo corrugado AG (Entrada de agua desde generador) entre la bomba de aclarado del lavavajillas y la salida de agua del generador de agua caliente. Para enlazar eléctricamente las 2 máquinas disponen de un conector que debe enlazarse mediante el cableado y tubo de protección WBE (Conexión eléctrica generador de agua).

    6 INSTRUCCIONES DE LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO Es imprescindible realizar las operaciones de limpieza pertinentes y necesarias a fin de aumentar la vida útil de la máquina y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de esta. Una limpieza de vajilla eficiente requiere tener el lavavajillas en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y desinfección. Contacte con un distribuidor de productos de limpieza para obtener información detallada sobre los métodos y productos para la desinfección periódica de la máquina.
