To troubleshoot an unspecified faulty memory module, replace the memory module in the first DIMM socket with a module of the
same type and capacity.
If an error message is displayed on the screen, this may indicate a problem with the installed DIMM type(s), incorrect DIMM
installation, or defective DIMM(s). Follow the on-screen instructions to resolve the problem.

As the sistema boots, observe any error message that is displayed and the diagnostic indicators on the front of the sistema.

Enter System Setup and ensure that the USB key port is enabled on the Integrated Devices screen.

Turn off the system and attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from the electrical outlet.

Locate the USB key and reseat it.

Turn on the system and attached peripherals, and check if the USB key is functioning.

If the problem is not resolved, repeat step 2 and step 3.

Insert a known working USB key.

Troubleshooting a micro SD card

NOTA:
Certain micro SD cards have a physical write-protect switch on the card. If the write-protect switch is turned on, the
micro SD card is not writable.

Enter System Setup, and ensure that the Internal SD Card Port is enabled.

Turn off the sistema, including any attached peripherals, and disconnect the sistema from the electrical outlet.

Remove the sistema cover.
NOTA:
When an SD card failure occurs, the internal dual SD module controller notifies the sistema. On the next restart, the
sistema displayed a message indicating the failure. If redundancy is enabled at the time of SD card failure, a critical alert will
be logged and chassis health will degrade.

Replace the failed micro SD card with a new micro SD card.

Install the sistema cover.

Reconnect the sistema to its electrical outlet and turn on the sistema, including any attached peripherals.

Enter System Setup, and ensure that the Internal SD Card Port and Internal SD Card Redundancy modes are set to the needed
modes.
