When to use an ND filter
Exceptionally bright scenes such as sunny days
at the beach In summer or on snow fields in
winter will look "washed out" when recorded. To
make these scenes recorded naturally, an ND
filter is required. (Refer to the chart)
Three types are available—ND2, ND4, ND8 —
which reduce the exposure level to 1/2, 1/4, and
1/8, respectively.
