Alarm signals
The following table shows the identification codes of
possible alarms that can be generated by the device:
Identification
Description
code
High voltage: device supply voltage too
1
high
2
Low voltage: supply voltage too low
3
Temperature too high
4
Current too high (lock)
5
Loss of synchronism (lock)
6
Current too high
7
Loss of synchronism
8
Lack of internal communication
Too much energy dissipated by the bra-
9
king resistor
10
Fuse breakage or phase failure
Refer to the "Troubleshooting" section on page 126
for troubleshooting alarm signals.
Reporting
The presence of an active alarm is signaled visually
by the flashing of a red LED; the number of flashes
of the LED corresponds to the identification code of
the alarm that has occurred (e.g., in the case of a
Too High Temperature alarm, the LED will flash three
times). The identification code of the active alarm can
be read from the Modbus register at address 4; in the
absence of alarms the value of the register is 0, while
in the case of an alarm it takes on the value corre-
sponding to the identification code.
Segnalazion in app
Report in app. Refer to Fig. 36 for alarm signals in
Munters' app.
Storage
Alarms detected by the device are stored in a nonvo-
latile memory inside the device. The device can store
up to 10 alarms before the oldest alarm is deleted
to make room for the newest one. At the occurrence
of each alarm, the following information is saved in
nonvolatile memory:
Alarm identification code
Timestamp hours
Timestamp minutes
Timestamp seconds

Vbus value at the time of the alarm event
Id value at the time of the alarm event
Iq value at the time of the alarm event
IGBT module temperature value at the time of the
alarm event
Inverter internal NTC temperature value at the
time of the alarm event
Speed value at the time of the alarm event
The information stored for each individual alarm can
be retrieved by reading Modbus registers as shown in
the following table:

To perform alarm reset, 0 can be written to Modbus
register 1008.
