1. Top up with DOT brake fluid if necessary.
2. Have the brake fluid changed by Customer Service according
to the inspection checklist (ICL).
Checking and topping up the hydraulic oil level and oil

3. Check the hydraulic oil level and top up if necessary.
Oil type: see chapter "Technical data".
The oil level must be within the sight glass.

CAUTION
Risk of burns!
Allow the hydraulic system to cool down before carrying out the
work.
1. Close the stop cock.
2. Unscrew the hydraulic oil filter using a suitable tool.
3. Prior to installation, coat the seal of the new oil filter with oil.
4. Install the new oil filter and hand-tighten.
5. Open the stop cock.
6. Check the hydraulic oil level and top up if necessary.
Greasing the vehicle
1. Grease the grease nipples in accordance with the mainte-
nance intervals using a grease gun.
Use high-quality multi-purpose grease and grease with a
grease gun.

CAUTION
Risk of injury
To avoid injury and health risks, wear personal protective equip-
ment such as protective gloves and respiratory protection when
carrying out this work if dust has been swept with the vehicle.
There are 2 brushes built into the vehicle; if they are worn, they
must be replaced.
1. One brush is replaced from the left-hand side, the second from
the right-hand side. The procedure is the same.
2. Clean (vacuum) the roller brush holders before fitting the new
brushes.
3. Inserting the brushes is performed in the reverse sequence.
Setting the sweeping area (brush contact pressure)
1. The sweeping area setting (brush contact pressure) is set us-
ing the rotary potentiometer on the control panel.
The sweeping area should be between 5-6 cm
2. Turn the potentiometer to the right until the lowering brushes
have the correct sweeping area (brush contact pressure).
3. If the sweeping area is too large, turn the potentiometer back.
