appears on the display, the sensor for the
element in question must be held down in order to
be able to read off the fault code.

If the fault code is not listed in the table, disconnect
the cooktop from the power supply, wait
30 seconds, and then reconnect it again. If the
display appears again, contact Technical
Assistance Service and tell them the precise fault
code.
Possible cause
The temperature sensor is no longer con-
nected.
The supply voltage is faulty, outside of the
normal operating range.
The cooktop is not connected properly
The demo mode is activated
Troubleshooting
Press and hold the symbol on the temperature sensor for
8 seconds and then reconnect the temperature sensor to
the cooktop.
Contact your electricity provider.
Disconnect the cooktop from the power supply. Ensure
that it has been connected according to the circuit dia-
gram.
Disconnect the cooktop from the power supply. Wait
30 seconds and reconnect it. Touch any control in the
next 3 minutes. The demo mode is deactivated.
