Proceed as follows for installation in a Fronius central inverter or Fronius IG:

Interface Card easy installation
Power is supplied to the Interface Card easy via the AC side of the inverter. This ensures
that power is supplied to the Interface Card easy 24 hours a day.

NOTE In the USA, the slot marked 'Option 3' (3) is assigned the ground fault
detector interrupter function (GFDI).
For devices in the USA, the Interface Card easy must be installed in either the
'Option 1' (1) or 'Option 2' (2) slot.
1. Disconnect AC and DC
2. Open the Fronius IG connection
compartment
3. Remove the blanking plate on slot (1),
(2) or (3)
NOTE Only install the Interface
Card easy in the 'Option 1' (1),
'Option 2' (2) or 'Option 3' (3) slot.
Under no circumstances should
the Interface Card easy be
installed in slot (5) on the extre-
me left, labelled 'ENS'.
4. Insert the Interface Card easy and
fasten using screw (4)
5. Close the Fronius IG connection
